This is not a crash diet where we make you lose 10 or 15 kgs in a month, and then you gain it back again once you stop the diet - which is typically what happens with all crash diets and restrictive approaches - making you look unhealthy and skinny!
Since this is a sustainable diet, you will be able to lose fat sustainably and maintain it in the long run, even when the plan ends! On an average, we can expect about 2 to 5 kgs of weight loss in a month, and even a little bit of weight loss will look impressive since you will drop inches, and look lean and healthy!
Most diets make you eat too less and remove roti, rice, chai/coffee, ghee, et cetera so that you lose a lot of weight in a short timespan; and that weight is easily gained back once you go back to eating roti, rice, etc normally. Those kinda diets just make you look skinny temporarily, but you essentially ruin your health in the long run.
We focus on keeping your regular foods, roti, rice, chai/coffee, pasta - basically everything you like eating in moderation! Even if you lose a little bit of weight in one month, it will be worth it considering you will not have to sacrifice your favorite foods for it, and it will be easy to maintain in the long run. This approach helps you lose fat and drop inches, making you look lean and feel healthy!
Honestly, it will mostly be planned around what you already eat. We want this to be a doable and practical journey for you in the long run too, so we will design your diet as per what you like eating, and not keep the foods you do not like to eat. Simple!
All Plus programs include coaching with Zee (Zaraish). Other programs include coaching from our Team Zealocity Nutritionists - who are all highly experienced and certified coaches, personally trained by Zee. Once you pay and enroll, we will send you the enrolment form, after which we will accordingly assign one of our Team Zealocity Nutritionists appropriate for you.
You will have a detailed video call with the Nutritionist to discuss your eating habits, likes/dislikes, daily routine, medical issues or food allergies, etc., so your sustainable diet plan will be designed accordingly.
It takes us 24 to 48 hours from the video call time to design your plan and send it to you. The Day 1 of your program will start only after we send the plan to you.
No, we never give the same diets to all, since everyone lives very different lifestyles, have different body types, stress levels, eating habits, et cetera. Your diet planning starts from scratch once your intro video call is done after you enrol in which we will discuss the main factors for the planning - daily routine, eating preferences, likes/dislikes, food allergies, medical conditions, etc. to ensure the plan is sustainable for you and includes flexible meal options!
No, we do not keep any readymade diet templates. Working out is not compulsory at all - but definitely recommended for your optimal health! You don’t necessarily need to go to the gym or do dumbbells workout; you can do other exercise forms like hatha yoga, pilates, home workouts, zumba, or even any sport! Proper workout guidance and tips will be given by your nutritionist in the intro video call once you enroll.
PCOD or Diabetes Reversal is a bold claim, which is often done by practitioners to deceive customers into buying their programs. We believe in transparency and no-nasty marketing! We do not guarantee a cure or reversal of any medical issues, but our Team Zealocity Nutritionists are highly experienced in helping with PCOS/PCOD, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Gut health etc, so your plan will be designed accordingly. While reversal may not be guaranteed, we are certain that your overall health markers will improve in the long run, since this is a sustainable approach and not a crash diet.
Our Team Zealocity Nutritionists are highly experienced in helping with PCOS/PCOD, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Gut health etc, so your plan will be designed accordingly. While reversal cannot be guaranteed, we are certain that your overall health markers will improve in the long run, since this is a sustainable approach and not a crash diet.

Oh, 100% yes! We have an all-inclusive nutritional approach, so we help with nutrition plans for all dietary orientations, whether vegan, vegetarian, Jain, ovo-vegetarian (eggetarian) or Non-vegetarian!
Yes and that’s also encouraged! As long as you let us know about your food options while travelling or at a cafe/resto, we can help you choose mindful food options that are also enjoyable. Even if you have a busy or hectic schedule, we can help you with easy meal options like smoothies, rice bowls, sandwiches, wraps, etc and even help you meal prep in advance.
No matter where you stay and whatever grocery options you have, we will design your plan 100% as per that, no kidding! We’re not gonna force you to eat a certain way, because when we say our approach is sustainable, we truly mean it in every sense - whether it’s food, workout or lifestyle.
Great question, NO, because we call them “treat” meals! The idea of cheating puts you in guilt and ruins your long-term food psychology. Treating yourself with an interesting meal once in a while is a healthy rewarding mechanism and keeps you sane in the long run, even if the results are not quick! You just need to be transparent with your assigned nutritionist about your desired meals and cravings, and we will definitely make things work for you in the long run!
You cannot drink and drive but you can certainly drink and diet! While we don’t appreciate regular alcohol consumption, if it’s an occasional drink or social-drinking done once in a week, then we can definitely limit it and be mindful of it. Chai and coffee are totally normal lifestyle foods, which can be included in the plan, even daily!
Practicality & Results 🕒
If done right, then we can definitely expect decent results within the first 2-3 weeks. We take photo check-ins every 15 days (front, side and back photos) so we can compare your progress and decide if we should change anything in the plan for better results. Sometimes even a 0.5 kg difference on the weighing scale looks huge in the photo check-ins due to fat loss (or inch loss) and lean muscle gain happening in your body!
If you cannot put too much time into cooking, then we will give you easy to prepare options like smoothies, oatmeal bowls, poha, eggs & toast, besan cheela, sandwiches, rice bowls or pulao (one pot meals), etc. If food is already being prepared at home for your family, then we will try our best to manage with that, quantified for you - like dal/rajma, sabzi, roti, rice, etc.
When we say our approach is sustainable, we truly mean it in every sense - whether it’s food, supplement or lifestyle. No fancy stuff, no detox supplements needed! We only recommend food options that you like eating using the groceries you can manage without a hassle; and for supplements we only recommend the essentials (like Omega-3, Multivitamin, D3, B12, etc).
Perfection is never the goal, and being healthy shouldn’t feel like a challenge, but a daily habit. A healthy lifestyle can have a few setbacks, unplanned meals, missed workouts - which are all okay! Even if you follow the plan by 60-80%, you can expect great benefits in the long run, and ultimately you become more mindful of your food habits.
No, because we don’t believe in short-term fixes. By the end of the program, you’ll know how to self-manage your meals. Our goal is to make you independent in the long run, so that you don’t have to be on any “diet” for weight management.

One-on-one mentoring and helping you manage flexible meal options are the key features of our programs. We don’t believe in one-time diet plans; we believe in shaping lifestyle habits into healthier and mindful ones!
Your daily meal updates are highly appreciated by us. You can message your assigned coach for meal updates, options or general queries. Progress checkins happen every 15 days to compare and make necessary changes for better results.
Once you begin, you have a dedicated Nutritionist for daily doubts, queries, meal updates and changes, etc. For any issues with your assigned Nutritionist, you can contact our team manager who will be assigning you the coach at the time of enrolment.
Complimentary workout plan is included with our Transformation Program, 8 Week Shred, Gut Health Program; and charged extra only for the Budget Program variant. A home or gym workout plan will be given as per your equipment availability, schedule, time, etc.

Pricing & Policies 💸
All details, pricing and inclusions are clearly given on our website. Add-ons are extra services which you can opt for, that are also mentioned explicitly in all details we send either on social channels or the website.
Results are subject to your health issues, goal setting, plan adherence, and other factors. We are always motivated to help you achieve the best results - whether physical, mental, or both! You may be subject to refunds based on the following:
- Before your intro video call: a cancellation charge of Rs 1,000/- will be applicable if you wish to refund and cancel your subscription before the intro video call is done.
- After the intro video call (and before the plan is sent): a cancellation charge of 50% will be applicable if you wish to refund and cancel your subscription after the intro video call is done.
- After the nutrition plan is sent: No refund will be applicable after the intro call and plan is sent to you.
If for any reason you are not able to follow the plan for a few days, you can refer to the Pause FAQ in the next line.
Yes! Pause options are as follows:
a. 30 Day Transformation Program: 3 days pause
b. 90 Day Transformation Program: 10 days pause
c. 180 Day Transformation Program: 25 days pause
d. 8 Week Shred: 7 days pause
e. 30 days Budget Program: no pause option
f. 90 days Budget Program: 7 days pause option
g. 180 days Budget Program: 15 days pause option
Prices for the 90 day durations and 8 Week Shred need to be paid in full (active offers only valid on durations of 8 weeks/60 days or above; no offers on 30 day durations).
